Свою историю успеха абитуриентам 2017-го года рассказывает выпускница кафедры «Связи с общественностью» Валерия Павлова:

«Поступая на кафедру «Связи с общественностью», я не знала, что мне предстоит изучать и кем в дальнейшем работать. Выбор мой был случайным: просто ЕГЭ подходило и университет был рядом с домом. Но сейчас, спустя несколько лет после выпуска, я общаюсь со своими ровесниками, которые после школы сделали более осознанный выбор, и понимаю, как мне повезло с профессией и с кафедрой. Я знаю, что пять лет в университете не были потрачены впустую: я училась и развивалась, каждый раз находя для себя что-то новое, как и все, с кем мне посчастливилось познакомиться на кафедре, где каждый нашёл свою дорогу внутри PR и постарался развиваться в том направлении, которое было интересно ему. В первые годы моего обучения популярность набирали социальные сети, и я увлеклась работой с ними до того, как это стало мейнстримом. Быть SMMщиком нас тогда ещё никто не учил, но основы медиапланирования, социологии и маркетинга — это то, на чем строится продвижение в социальных сетях. Многие мои коллеги, не имея образования в области PR, не смогут так ловко выделить целевую аудиторию, у них нет чутья на лайки, потому что их опыт и навыки не подкреплены теоретической базой, которую я получила в университете!
